GMRC Architect Recruitment 2024- Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Candidate must be B.Arch. graduate from a Govt. recognized University/Institute
Experience
- Area of Experience: Candidate should have experience in planning & design of elevated/ underground metro stations/urban railway projects and checking conformity of station layout to NBC/NFPA standards. Candidates having experience of designing large number of elevated Metro stations, which are in Operation with ample exposure to use design software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Revit, BIM etc.
- For Addl. General Manager: Applicants should have minimum 18 years of post-qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering, or 15 years Post Qualification experience of Executive level in Government /PSU.
- For Joint General Manager: Applicants should have minimum 16 years of post-qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering, or 14 years Post Qualification experience of Executive level in Government /PSU’s.
Type of employment
- On Contract : On contract basis for a period of three years extendable for further period of two years based on the satisfactory performance and requirement.
- On Deputation: For a period of three years extendable further as per deputation terms.
- On re-employment/post-superannuation basis: for an initial period of two Years – to be further extendable for additional terms/ periods subject to consistent good performance, conduct and requirement of Project/ discretion of Management.
GMRC Architect Recruitment 2024- Selection Process
- Based on eligibility, candidates meeting the criteria will be called for interview.
- The Venue, Date and Time of Interview will be informed in advance.
- Any request for a change in date or venue shall not be entertained.
- The document verification of candidates shall be done before the Interview. The candidates are required to carry their original certificates to facilitate the document verification, failing which the candidate shall not be allowed to attend the Interview
GMRC Architect Recruitment 2024-APPOINTMENT
- The Appointment will be initially for minimum 3 years and further extended to 2 years based on the requirement and performance of the employee.
- The contract of appointment may be terminated by either side by giving 30 days (upto Assistant Manager Cadre) or 90 days (Manager & above Cadre) notice or by paying the contractual remuneration / salary in lieu of notice period, if the circumstances so warrant.
